When the Guarantee Doesn't Apply
We can't refund your fee if your application is denied because of:
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information
- You didn't pay required government or document fees
- Criminal background issues
- Military service complications (yours or your ancestors')
- Changes to Croatian citizenship laws after we start your case
